Campaign Management and Job Codes

Accurate source tracking is key to success in interactive recruiting. While Recruitment Marketing Platform users can develop their own campaign codes and embed those codes in URL's, without a consistent approach to how those codes are created and embedded can become a management problem over time. This is compounded in larger organizations or a distributed recruiting team. Microsoft has been developing their own approach to solving this problem and through collaboration with the Jobs2web team we are developing a tool to help. Ms. Douglas has been spearheading this initiative internally at Microsoft. She will share her process for developing and rolling out her source tracking project. In this breakout session Ms. Douglas will be joined by Tim Adair from Jobs2web to explain the source tracking process and demonstrate the tool Jobs2web is developing to bring this into our product for all clients to use.
